Pumpkin chocolate cookies

Soft pumpkin cookies complemented with sweet chocolate chips.

Equipment

  • 1 set of measuring cups
  • 1 set of measurig soons
  • 2 mixing bowls
  • 1 cookie sheet
  • 1 handmixer

Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients

  • 4 cups white flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tap baking soda
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Wet ingredients

  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 3/4 cup oil (vegetable or canola oil)

Last ingredient

  • 1 small bag chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat over to 375 °F.
  • Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl using a hand mixer on medium speed.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix completely
  • Add the chocolate chips and mix thoroughly.
  • Grease the cookie sheet. Drop the batter by large mounded teaspoons onto the greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

Notes

This recipe makes about 65 cookies, depending on the size.
